Holding a degree in Business Management from Montana State University, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Small Business, he leverages this foundation to drive operational excellence. Relocating to Ocala, Florida, with his wife to embrace the region's vibrant equestrian lifestyle, he transitioned into golf cart sales, where he identified a critical market need for dependable, full-service maintenance solutions. As Co-Founder of Ocala Cart Care, Lance contributes an impressive 23 years of hands-on expertise in golf cart diagnostics and mechanical repair, ensuring unparalleled reliability in every service delivered. His distinguished military career as a retired United States Air Force officer includes serving as a Major in Special Operations Command, where he effectively managed a team of 116 personnel, and as a civil engineering project manager, overseeing complex engineering initiatives. In this role, he earned the prestigious Process Innovation Award for revolutionizing workflow processes from inception to completion, optimizing efficiency in operations—a methodology subsequently adopted by other units across the Air Force. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, he combines extensive experience and robust educational foundation to streamline operations and foster a customer-centric business model. Recognizing the essential demand for dependable golf cart maintenance and repair services, he co-founded Ocala Cart Care to deliver premium, value-driven solutions that extend vehicle lifespan and performance. Drawing from his mechanical proficiency and a deep commitment to excellence, Lance finds immense fulfillment in restoring golf carts to their optimal functionality, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction through meticulous, reliable craftsmanship.
