Every visit includes the core service above. Each stop also has a different focus so the whole cart is covered over the year.
Baseline
We document the cart, take starting battery readings, snug hold-downs and connections, and note wear so we have a starting point.
Safety & Controls
Brakes, parking brake, steering play, forward/reverse, and lights or horn if equipped.
Tires & Ride
Tread, dry rot, lug tightness, tire pressure, and a visual check of springs and bushings. Uneven wear may call for a paid rotation or alignment.
Electrical & Charging
Charger plug and cord, main cables, visible connections, and battery performance compared with Visit 1.
Drivetrain & Lube
Grease fittings, look for leaks, check mounts and undercarriage, and listen for new noises. A full differential service is a separate one-time job if needed.
Year Review
Full function test, battery numbers compared with Visit 1, and a clear list of what to do next year.

The Care Plan is an ongoing program at $49.95/mo (plus a one-time $75 setup fee) that sends a technician to you every 8 weeks — six about-one-hour visits a year — for preventive care with a light professional clean. The Maintenance Package is a one-time deeper maintenance visit — $100 for electric carts or $165 for gas carts. The Care Plan complements the Maintenance Package and a full Detail; it does not replace them.
Your very first visit is more thorough than a standard 8-week visit. It covers a deeper inspection, baseline battery readings, and documentation of the condition of your cart, which becomes the baseline service record we keep on file for you going forward.
Members receive a 10% discount on all repairs and upgrades, plus minor parts and wires replaced at no extra charge (up to $25 in value per visit). When it is convenient, we try to bundle supplementary work into an upcoming 8-week visit to save you trips and time.
