The Care Plan is an ongoing program at $39.95/mo (plus a one-time $50 Initial Service Fee) that sends a technician to you every 8 weeks for preventive visits with light professional cleaning. The Maintenance Package is a one-time deeper maintenance visit — $100 for electric carts or $165 for gas carts. The Care Plan complements the Maintenance Package and a full Detail; it does not replace them.
Your very first visit is more thorough than a standard 8-week visit. It covers a deeper inspection, baseline battery readings, documentation of the condition of your cart, and onboarding to your private Member Dashboard so your entire service history lives in one place going forward.
