Green means recommended, yellow works with a note, and red is not recommended. Ranges are estimates — heat, hills, passengers, and tire size all cut real-world miles.
Does it fit my Club Car, EZGO, or Yamaha?
Green is a drop-in with the factory controller and motor, blue fits but Eco Battery prefers another option, yellow needs an upgraded controller or motor, and red will not fit without heavy modification.
These Eco Battery conversions are for carts originally equipped with lead-acid batteries.
What’s included in a conversion
This is a complete power-system swap, not a drop-in of six new flooded batteries. Every conversion is quoted to the cart in front of us. The job typically includes:
- Eco Battery Gen 3 lithium pack sized to your voltage and range needs
- Cart-specific mounting hardware and a secured install
- Compatible Eco Battery charger (required to keep the warranty)
- State-of-charge display when the bundle includes it
- 12V converter when lights, stereo, or accessories need it
- Main cables, lugs, and charger pigtail as required
- Safe removal and recycling of the old lead-acid pack
- Battery compartment clean-out before the new pack goes in
- Wiring, polarity, and accessory-load check
- Full system test and owner walkthrough
- Eco Battery registration started with you before we leave
- 12-month Ocala Cart Care warranty on conversion labor

A Lifetime Limited Warranty
An Eco Battery Gen 3 pack is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original owner. That is the difference between buying batteries again and owning the power system.
Register within 60 days. Full coverage requires registration at ecobattery.com/s/warranty-registration within 60 days of purchase. Miss that window and coverage drops to one year. We start registration with you on install day.

Yes. We convert with Eco Battery Gen 3 packs. The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to Eco Battery-branded Gen 3 batteries sold through authorized dealers. Mixing in another lithium brand, or using a third-party charger, is how coverage disappears.
It is Eco Battery’s Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Gen 3 pack for the original owner, when the pack is registered within 60 days. Years 1–6 are free repair or replace. No. It stays with the original purchaser.
Coverage drops to one year from the purchase date on your receipt. We start registration with you before we leave so that does not happen.
No. Use the Eco Battery charger that comes with the conversion. Third-party chargers and tenders can damage the pack and void the warranty.
Most conversions are a scheduled visit, not a 90-minute flooded swap. Time depends on the cart, the tray, and whether a converter or port change is required. We give you a window on the quote.
The assessment is mobile. We come to you. Some conversions stay on site; a few are easier with extra space or a lift. We tell you which before you accept the quote.
No watering and no acid. Wipe the case with a damp cloth. Do not pressure-wash the pack. Charge it after use, and at least once a year if the cart sits.
If the cart has 12-volt accessories and needs a converter, we include that in the quote. Tell us about lights, stereo, USB, and aftermarket add-ons at the assessment.
We remove them and recycle them. That is part of the conversion, not an extra trip.
Lead-acid replacement is still the lower up-front path — our installed sets start at $1,141.94, while comparable packs elsewhere often run $1,400–$1,600 or more. A complete set carries a 2-year warranty on the batteries and our install labor. Lithium is the upgrade: less weight, faster charging, no watering, and Eco Battery’s Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Gen 3 pack. Many owners keep lead-acid. Many are done watering batteries in July. The assessment is how we help you choose.
