Answers to the questions we hear most often about cost and what is included.
The on-site diagnostic is $50 in Ocala and the surrounding area and $75 in The Villages; a cart that won't run at all may qualify for a free diagnostic, depending on the situation. Diagnostic fees are not applied toward repair work. You receive a written estimate before any work begins. A $35 travel fee applies only when a completed service total is under $50.
Annual preventive maintenance is $100 for electric carts and $165 for gas carts. Both prices include a 20-point inspection and mobile service to your driveway in Ocala, The Villages, World Equestrian Center, and Marion County.
The Care Plan is $49.95 per month with a one-time $75 setup fee. It includes a scheduled visit every 8 weeks — 6 visits a year — light professional cleaning, and 10% off every repair we perform.
Continental deep-cycle battery installs start at $1,141.94 for a complete 36V pack and include mobile installation and electrical system service. Complete sets carry a 2-year warranty on batteries and labor (1-year on a single or partial battery). Final price depends on cart voltage and configuration.
